Processing and Dispatch

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on your location:

Standard Shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post)

  • Free on orders over $150.00

  • Same State: 2–4 business days

  • Interstate: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post)

  • Same State: 1–2 business days

  • Interstate: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or if you are located in a regional/remote area.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you can track its progress directly through the Australia Post website or app using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, the buyer will be responsible for any standard postage fees required to reship the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items

We thoroughly inspect every piece before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, once a parcel is with Australia Post, we cannot control network delays.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if it has been significantly delayed and you suspect it is lost, please contact us at info@nkjewellery.shop within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will lodge an inquiry with Australia Post on your behalf and work with you to find a solution.

International Shipping 

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
